The company’s management is committed to applying international food safety (IFS) requirements in the company’s operations.

  • Ensure that all responsible employees across departments are informed about the policy and its practical application.
  • Implement a food safety culture throughout the product manufacturing chain by raising employee awareness about the importance of food safety and hygiene, as well as food safety hazards.
  • Ensure effective communication among company employees in all areas and at all levels.
  • Promote mutual respect, proper ethical behavior, and personal responsibility for quality and food safety within the team.
  • Allocate resources to achieve set goals, ensure quality and food safety, improve infrastructure, and implement corrective actions to avoid non-conformities.
  • Provide conditions for the production of safe and high-quality products that meet legal requirements and approved specifications. Ensure reduction in energy consumption.
  • Ensure systematic training and qualification improvement for company employees.
  • Hold each employee responsible for the safety and quality of the products they produce and ensure that all employees are informed of their responsibilities.
  • Ensure that the implementation of the HACCP system and other management measures facilitates the production and supply of safe and high-quality products to the market.
  • Analyze consumer/client feedback regarding the products produced.
  • Ensure that the products meet food safety and quality requirements, legal regulations, and approved specifications.
  • Address consumer needs by producing safe and high-quality products.
  • Provide conditions for employees to work effectively by ensuring social guarantees, a supportive atmosphere, ethical behavior, and mutual respect among employees.
  • Ensure quality control of raw materials and materials, their compliance with approved specifications, declarations, and legal regulations.
  • Ensure the practical application of policy provisions, involving responsible employees from all departments.
  • Supervise and continuously improve the quality and food safety management system.
  • Ensure the sustainability and continuity of company operations by promoting an environmentally friendly approach. Use natural and energy resources sustainably and manage waste responsibly.
  • Ensure that information related to food safety, product quality, authenticity, and effectiveness is communicated to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and packaging, prevent counterfeiting and falsification, and continuously assess the compliance of raw materials and packaging with requirements, their authenticity, and legality.
  • Continuously improve employee qualifications, encourage their involvement in performance improvement, and update knowledge on quality management and food safety.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers/service providers and partners.
  • Ensure that top management supports the company’s policy.
