  1. Constantly improve production processes, ensure product safety and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22 000 standards.
  2. Ensure the quality and safety of products, comply with LR, ES legislation and other regulatory documents requirements applicable to the company.
  3. Allocate the necessary resources for the implementation of the company’s operational goals, food safety and quality policy
  4. Guarantee food safety in the supply chain, starting with the receiving of the raw material to the delivery of the final product to the consumer.
  5. Implement food safety and quality policies cooperating with reliable suppliers.
  6. Review quality and food safety policies annually, continually improve it.
  7. Use energy resources effectively, maximizing the use of renewable energy sources in their production processes.
  8. Create optimal conditions for efficient work, provide opportunities for professional development and self-expression.
  9. Systematically raise he qualifications of workers at all levels by improving their knowledge and skills, encourage them to achieve the highest possible performance.
  10. Respect the dignity of each employee and recognize his contribution to the success of the company
  11. Maintain and motivate good relationships between all employees of the company.
