We make kvass by a traditional natural fermentation way and the first stage of production is wort boiling. The kvass we produce is light and made from rye malt. It gives the aroma of freshly baked bread. To make the taste more interesting and expressive, we flavor it with cumin during the fermentation process. We use only Lithuanian farmers cumin, carefully pre-selected by our technologists for each lot. The combination of rye and cumin creates a rich taste and intense aroma. The prepared wort is fermented with yeast, then ripened, filtered and bottled.
