1.2. In this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:<\/p>\n

1.2.1. Personal data \u2013 any information about an individual whose identity is established (known) or can be directly or indirectly identified using relevant identifiers such as name, email, internet identifier (IP address), and other data and characteristics.<\/p>\n

1.2.2. Data subject (You) \u2013 an individual whose personal data is processed based on the principles and purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

1.2.3. Data controller (Seller) \u2013 UAB “Kauen Craft”, company code 135774259, registered office at V. Kr\u0117v\u0117s Ave. 118, LT-50313 Kaunas, Lithuania, tel. +370 37 352020, email \u00a0info@kauencraft.lt<\/span><\/a>,VAT code LT357742515, which processes the data subject\u2019s (Your) personal data based on the principles and purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

1.2.4. Cookies \u2013 a small text file placed by the website into the visitor’s (Your) computer or mobile device browser when the visitor (You) visits the Website. On subsequent visits to the Website, this file can be read to allow the Website to recognize the visitor\u2019s (Your) computer or mobile device. More information about the cookies used is discussed in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

1.3. UAB “Kauen Craft” processes personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Seller’s purchase and sale rules, Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95\/46\/EC (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts regulating personal data processing applicable in the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

1.4. UAB “Kauen Craft” applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing and compliance with applicable laws, aimed at protecting processed personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, alteration, loss, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.<\/p>\n

1.5. The information that UAB “Kauen Craft” collects about the data subject (You) depends on the information that the data subject (You) provides to UAB “Kauen Craft” when registering on the Website for the purchase of offered goods, purchasing them and\/or subscribing to offers (newsletters), participating in promotions, consenting to the use of cookies, sending a resume (CV) and other documents when applying for a job vacancy at UAB “Kauen Craft”.<\/p>\n

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING, RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA.<\/b><\/h4>\n

2.1. UAB “Kauen Craft” collects and processes the following personal data of data subjects:<\/p>\n

2.1.1. Basic information \u2013 name, surname, delivery\/residential address, email address, phone number, bank account number, date of birth\/age;<\/p>\n

2.1.2. Data related to registration on the Website for purchasing offered goods \u2013 information about consent or refusal to receive offers (which is considered consent or refusal for personal data processing for direct marketing purposes according to applicable legal acts) and related records;<\/p>\n

2.1.3. Data related to the use of the Website \u2013 data collected through cookies related to browsing on the internet, information about consent or refusal to use cookies, etc.;<\/p>\n

2.1.4. Data related to job applications \u2013 position applied for, resume, education and qualifications data, and other data provided by the data subject and\/or required to be processed by the data controller according to legal acts.<\/p>\n

2.2. UAB “Kauen Craft” collects and processes personal data based on the legal grounds and for the purposes defined in Section 1.3 of this Privacy Policy as follows:<\/p>\n

2.2.1. To enter into and fulfill a contract (order) with the data subject or to take actions before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), including: selling goods, transferring goods, registration on the Website, and account management;<\/p>\n

2.2.2. To fulfill a legal obligation applicable to UAB “Kauen Craft” (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)), including: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, handling claims, providing data to government institutions in accordance with legal requirements;<\/p>\n

2.2.3. Based on legitimate interests of UAB “Kauen Craft” (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), including: managing and collecting payments and debts, handling complaints, requests, disputes, claims, and demands related to UAB “Kauen Craft”, defending UAB “Kauen Craft” rights and legitimate interests, analyzing UAB “Kauen Craft” operations, internal administration (personnel management), recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, etc.;<\/p>\n

2.2.4. With the data subject\u2019s consent \u2013 for direct marketing purposes, when consenting to receive offers and use of cookies; also when submitting a resume (CV) and other documents for job applications at UAB “Kauen Craft”, etc. (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The content of the data subject\u2019s consent will specify the purpose of data processing. The data subject may withdraw consent to process personal data at any time by contacting UAB “Kauen Craft” according to the procedure and contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

2.3. Providing personal data by the data subject is voluntary and not a requirement by law. However, providing the specified personal data may be a requirement under a contract between the data subject and UAB “Kauen Craft”, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract with UAB “Kauen Craft”. Therefore, without providing the requested personal data, it would not be possible to enter into and properly fulfill the contract.<\/p>\n

2.4. The personal data provided for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract, as outlined in Sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 of this Privacy Policy (excluding data subject consent for receiving offers), will be stored by UAB “Kauen Craft” for the entire duration of the contract (order) fulfillment, but no longer than 10 (ten) years from the date of fulfillment of the contract (order).<\/p>\n

2.5. The data subject\u2019s consent for receiving offers will be stored for the entire period during which the consent is valid and for 2 (two) years after the expiration of consent.<\/p>\n

2.6. The data outlined in Section 2.1.3 of this Privacy Policy will be stored by UAB “Kauen Craft” for no longer than 2 (two) years.<\/p>\n

2.7. The data outlined in Section 2.1.4 of this Privacy Policy will be stored by UAB “Kauen Craft” for no longer than 3 (three) months from the end of the recruitment process.<\/p>\n

2.8. Longer storage periods than those defined in Sections 2.4 \u2013 2.7 of this Privacy Policy apply when required to fulfill legal obligations (including document retention) or to protect legitimate interests of UAB “Kauen Craft”, necessitating longer storage of personal data. In such cases, personal data will be stored by UAB “Kauen Craft” for the period defined by legal acts and as long as necessary to ensure UAB “Kauen Craft” legitimate interests.<\/p>\n

2.9. UAB “Kauen Craft” currently has no intention of transferring and does not transfer your (the data subject\u2019s) personal data to third countries.<\/p>\n

2.10. In connection with the above-mentioned purposes and grounds for data processing, personal data may be disclosed to government authorities or entities performing public tasks (as required by law), as well as to the recipients or categories of recipients mentioned below as necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes:<\/p>\n

2.10.1. Entities involved in the contract (order) fulfillment processes, including those ensuring goods delivery, payment services, electronic services provision;<\/p>\n

2.10.2. Entities providing marketing and advertising services, advertising agencies;<\/p>\n

2.10.3. Entities servicing UAB “Kauen Craft” information systems, content management tools for the Website, or hosting services;<\/p>\n

2.10.4. Entities providing consulting or auditing services to UAB “Kauen Craft”;<\/p>\n

2.10.5. Google Analytics, provided by Google Inc., which also has access to the data collected using this tool;<\/p>\n

2.10.6. Entities providing personnel recruitment, administration, and accounting services to UAB “Kauen Craft”.<\/p>\n

2.11. In each case, UAB “Kauen Craft” will only provide the recipients with the data necessary to fulfill the specific task or provide the specific service.<\/p>\n

3. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS<\/b><\/h4>\n

3.1. Under these provisions, every data subject whose personal data is processed by UAB “Kauen Craft” has the right to:<\/p>\n

3.1.1. Request access to their personal data;<\/p>\n

3.1.2. Request correction of personal data if it is inaccurate and\/or incomplete;<\/p>\n

3.1.3. Request deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten);<\/p>\n

3.1.4. Request restriction of personal data processing;<\/p>\n

3.1.5. Object to the processing of personal data, and withdraw consent at any time;<\/p>\n

3.1.6. Receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, which they have provided to the data controller, and the right to transmit those data to another data controller (right to data portability);<\/p>\n

3.1.7. Lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.<\/p>\n

3.2. The data subject\u2019s rights (except for those discussed in Section 3.1.7) are exercised by submitting a written request to UAB “Kauen Craft”, either by sending a letter to the address provided above or by email to info@kauencraft.lt<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. TERMS OF OFFERS (NEWSLETTER).<\/b><\/h4>\n

4.1. If the data subject has agreed to receive offers from UAB “Kauen Craft” via email on the Website, the data subject\u2019s email address will be used to send information about products, services, promotions, news, surveys, contests, and other offers.<\/p>\n

4.2. The newsletter is sent by UAB “Kauen Craft.”<\/p>\n

5. COOKIES.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

5.7. Changes to settings apply only to that one browser. If a visitor uses multiple browsers, they need to adjust the settings for each browser separately. Moreover, visitors can delete cookies from their device\u2019s memory at any time. Additional information is provided by the browser or operating system.<\/p>\n

6. FINAL PROVISION.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

6.1. This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the GDPR, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts regulating the processing of personal data applicable in the Republic of Lithuania. This Privacy Policy has been in effect since May 13, 2020.<\/p>\n

6.2. This Privacy Policy is approved by UAB “Kauen Craft” and is regularly reviewed to update it, particularly in cases where changes occur in the legal acts regulating personal data processing.
